With the current increase in the electric power cost, the Wireless Energy Meter (WEM) will provide an alternative to remotely measure the energy consumption and enable users to make better informed decisions in order to save energy and money.
Even though there are some devices in the current market that measure the current energy consumption, they do not send the information to a central place to display or are able to control multiple devices at the same time.
Once the information is in a central place, the user will be able to access this information in a dynamic web interface. On this interface the user will be able to shut down or turn on the device that is connected to our measurement device and have analytical progress and reports of the multiple measurements of our system.
wYZe Solution’s will provide its user with:
- An electronic device capable of measuring the real power consumption of the electrical appliance connected to it.
- Wireless capability to send the energy consumption information to a wireless remote controller that can store up to 24 hours of measurements. A dynamic windows compatible application that allows the user to view statistical analysis of the appliances’ energy consumption.
- The ability to remotely turn on or off the electrical appliance connected to a particular WEM device.
- Obtain power bill estimates based on the provider’s KWh price.
- Monitor multiple WEM devices using a single computer/controller thus enabling simultaneous measurements of different electrical appliances.
